One health problem that most college students face is sleep deprivation.
How many hours of sleep do you get a night? Most college students wouldn’t be able to answer this unless they write down everything that they do a day. For the most part of the day if you are not working you are in school, doing homework and or studying for an exam. Some might find it crazy when they count up there hours on how much they sleep a day. For my INQ class we recently had to keep track of what we do a day and record it down.

When I looked at all the hours added up I seen I wasn’t getting much sleep between school and work there was no time to sleep. No sleep can lead to a lower GPA, which it might sound crazy but it is true. Out of 1,125 students 60% of them had poor sleeping habits. Some people might think over the counter drugs will help with this but that is no the case. It effects you more than you know it.
